    @Groundhog - not sure but a change in Directors and key personnel changed the priorities. I think it's been discarded too lightly with no Due Diligence by the new (then) company officers who put their egos into the mix and got caught lacking with their approach and DD on Elan

    A lot of headway was made in the drilling, resource estimates and FN negotiations with baseline enviro work etc (now would need redoing I suspect), the port was lined up and inspected and the rail line study mostly done etc. Can be mined underground to totally minimize enviro impact and economic with the high quality anthracite product (sell at a premium) with limited processing - dry stacked not wet tails so lower enviro impact. Almost a DSO product I believe so lot lower cost of production

    It might be a goer in about 10 years (darn Canadian geopolitics) because there's heaps of high grade anthracite there and there's limited new projects in that space in the world (still need to make steel!) and FN want the jobs and $$ so a win win
