    Hi @BHO the announcement confirms "the matter relates to the alleged breach of a Deed of Settlement on activity relating to the Panguna Mine in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, Papua New Guinea." Kalia subscribed for 16,000,000PGK of equity into Central Exploration Joint Venture. For some reason the funds didn't come and they went separate ways. If Kalia were a party to such agreement why was it not announced ? Do shareholders know who are the 1st defendants in the case ?
