If the deal doesn’t proceed then they won’t spend the capital on this project. They will look elsewhere. It appears everything is lining up to lock the deal away albeit a bit later than forecast. Surely the problems for PVD will be if neither the gas nor the oil is accessible or at commercial flow rates. That’s when we start worrying because we’ve spent the money for no return.
