'The declaratory relief previously sought by MMCS as to the validity of Manomin’s rights in respect of the Manono Tenement has been ABANDONED!'

This collectively means the rights and ownership of the Manono tenements are AVZ's. As disputes regarding ownership and rights to drill tenements are the main legal hurdles for mining companies, we have jumped this one, and are free to define and/or develop this magnificent resource without interference.
