You're basing your assumption on what HCT wrote......remember that is the stated reason for defamation!
Just because HCT wrote it it doesn't mean it's true.....that is the basis for the defamation claim.
Ask yourself the question whether HCT has previously been crystal clear with communications and have shown the utmost credibility in everything they do????
....or do they often blame others for their poor performance?
