Yeah I agree the claim is a bit bogus. The Doc still opened the door for it and it would have been better to deal with each other amicably for the good of shareholders. This is totally wasted time and money that doesn't serve anyone. Hopefully HCT can argue that nobody really takes they announcements seriously.
I'm more upset that I bought a whole lot of shares yesterday and not after this crappy announcement.
