They would have asked for HCT to retract the comments in the announcement. A smart person would have retracted them for the good of share holders. It would have made no difference to the SP, that’s based on results no matter who you blame, and ultimately the CEO is accountable for the results. It was his decision to go into business with 8M. The right thing to do would have been to work with 8M to avoid an unnecessary situation. We don’t invest to fund legal actions. This is the Doc’s ego yet again pointlessly eroding value from the company. Utter incompetence.
