From Holista's previous announcement on the partnership with 8M USA...
Seems to suggest that 8M deliverables is to set up the ground work to get their products, ie NatShield range of products ready in order to launch in the US market, which includes a redesign of the brand and a new website etc. If their product is not ready (maybe lack of certain certifications) especially to government related entities and big corporates, then nothing sells even if you have the top sales men in the country! 8M is well connected in the USA and definitely would have opened the doors. There must be good reasons for them to initiate legal action against the company. From what I gather, this company often blames others for their own failures, 8M is just another scapegoat
