How do you know what really went on between the company and 8M? What if the company misrepresented themselves even to 8M, ie that the N-listing will be available but then nothing available in the end? In 8M's defence, it is not 8M's fault as some things are not in their control. Ultimately they do not run the day to day business and can only be guided by what was represented to them by the company. There is always two sides to the story and we have to be objective because we are vested in the company. Perhaps this legal case will bring light to what is fundamentally wrong with the management. Will be interested to read the writ of summon!
