My understanding is that they're not allowed to do a CR. As for the TGA application, I have an email confirmation from Rajan stating the application was filed and they are awaiting results from the TGA. If this turns out not to be true then I would have a very clear case for a claim against him. I do believe an application was filed, and I don't believe unfavourable results would be in anyones favour. I'm mezmorised at the number of poor decisions being made that erode company value without any good reason. I understand you have to take risk in business, but blatant stupidity is another thing - Like leaving the door open for a defamation claim. This was so easily avoidable by just keeping his mouth shut and not pointing the finger for poor performance. I wonder if the BLM rioters will also sue us for defamation now. If a can recall correctly HCT blamed them too. Heck, even the virus should have a crack. We blamed the virus for poor performance when all it did is create a world of opportunity - literally a world of opportunity.
