As for the TGA application, I have an email confirmation from Rajan stating the application was filed and they are awaiting results from the TGA. If this turns out not to be true then I would have a very clear case for a claim against him. I do believe an application was filed, and I don't believe unfavourable results would be in anyones favour. I'm mezmorised at the number of poor decisions being made that erode company value without any good reason. I understand you have to take risk in business, but blatant stupidity is another thing - Like leaving the door open for a defamation claim.
