They have guts and thats rare and good to see!

My reading of the correspondence, and this is said without prejudice, seems to imply that the company has been unfairly treated by the Botswanan Government. This is very much in line with what the company and their solicitors are saying. Possibly .... of the millions of dollars it has spent there, money spent in good faith and on the reliance of fair treatment by the authorities in Botswana.

Its a pitty for both the company and Botswana as its a sad day when investors can no longer rely on the rule of law and security of investments in Botswana. I always thought it was a safe place to do business.

I wont ever touch anything else in Botswana again!
