The saddest part is that KB n DA and their inflated egos in not letting go does not affect them.
They are not spending even 1 cent of their hardearned money. They are spending shareholders funds. Driving around in expensive Audi R8.
The auditors are there to report to shareholders as to the state of the company.
Shareholders must ask auditors to report on the company action with respect to the asx announcements ..... They would not i think like to risk their practising licenses if they try and cover up kb n da....
Corps Act says Directors are employed by shareholders and are beholden to shareholders and NOT the other way around.
