Yes, I also thought release of this announcement after market close was poor form. Thank you for providing details of date of federal court filing. I hope this company lifts it's continuous disclosure performance and commitment to transparency - as I said in my last post I had previously held this company in high regard until this incident. I remember how poorly Redflex handled certain issues in the past and I would have though management would have learnt from their past experience there. It would be disappointing to think that Acusensus is a Redflex 2.0.
