aussilver - this is a valid item to direct towards the BOD - There was an announcement that the case had started and MXC are obliged to let the market know where this is at - and if any decisions had come out of that case. Being an arbitration event then that can take more than 12 months to resolve.
Maybe a letter to MXC might clear up the issue one way or the other.
