I remember when the VC deal was first spruked, more than doubled the SP, the cheerleaders were smashing down anyone who questioned the many holes in the deal including your posts....It was a BS deal and look where it has ended up, in the garbage right where it belonged. it a shame retailers got sucked into it.
Interesting that its in a UK court, there is no record of Varm Cosmo as a company in the UK at all.
