What? so you think that directors could take out insurance to cover their own negligence and incompetence? what do you reckon that would say about those seeking that sort of cover and what do you think the chances would be of it getting underwritten? A director turns up to a board meeting and discloses the fact that he/she has just entered into an insurance contract to cover his/her own negligence and incompetence. Cant see them lasting that long on the board can you?
