As I said before and expected...stall tactics by the Co....IMO
I Would have liked for the Co to have provide us all with a full copy of judgement on their website.
They also raise / talk about a court case they mentioned in this announcement that they relied upon that is some 11 years old.....One would surely have thought that they had more recent cases to rely upon....Once again in my view they should have joinded the minister and/or that gov't department to proceedings to avoid this issue that eventually brought them undone......I'm still wondering why the ASX has not asked for a please explain why they should be still listed / trading.
