IMO..just a delay tactic by the Co to keep the ASX from acting...

IMO..just a delay tactic by the Co to keep the ASX from acting against them....Co will say to ASX the matter is still before the courts......

Do they really think the Court of Appeal will go against the High Court's ruling...IMO the Co stuffed up by not getting proper approvals in the first place and then not naming the correct defendants in procfeedings.

I for one would like to read the whole court ruling as I personally believe that the Co most likely stuffed up in numerous other areas that we not privy to and maybe are contained in the ruling/judgement......Does anyone know how to look up the decision...or even better post it here on HC.
