IMO....All is now lost....any appeal IMO is also now pointless. The Co directors (all of them) should be ashamed of themselves to have let such major non compliances and expenditures take place in the first place.......I'm not sure if this now means that the Co should/will be deregistered from the ASX as in past responses by the Co to the ASX basically they said to ASX that the future all revolved on this Court decision. It will be now interesting to see how the ASX will deal with the situation and of further interest it will be interesting to find out how the Co will continue and maintain funding.

From past history I think the Co will most likely come up with either a new fantastic rare earth ore mineral or another diamond field that will need a CR to raisse funds for further exploration...........Hmmmmmmm here we go again !!!!
