I would have liked to have read the full judgement in this matter. I think a lot more would have been said by the judge in that judgement to which we are not privy to as yet...does anyone know if and how you can get a copy of the judgement .........It seems unbeleivable to me that the Minster of that particular gov't dept was not joined into these court proceedings/documents...espically given that The Co was made fully aware of that specific issue for sometime now as the other side had raised that specific issue a few times already on previous court dates and in my view the Co/legal team should have sought to joinder that party in the proceedings. I suppose by doing so that they really had nothing to lose at that stage besides small amount of legal costs if they were unsuccessful in joining that department. The Co's legal team IMO should have double checked the full implications / legalities of that issue, I think they have now been left with egg on their faces and questions will be asked to explain this.....I wonder if this could now be a legal negligence matter...I'm sure our director will not be happy to pay legal costs for the respondent as well as his own legal costs on such a minor technicality with such serious consequences for the Co as a whole...........
