I think the only reason why the Co would even consider / say that they will appeal this dead duck in the water is to be able to tell the ASX something and keep the ASX off there backs for now.....they now don't have any project and have lost the asset. I don't know how the ASX can allow them to continue on....I think the ASX will send a please explain letter this week !!!!!!!!
