I have to correct you here. The last court hearing around this case was the plaintiffs seeking " Discovery" from NMT which they won. I believe I commented on this at the time. It was not a trial - which it now is. It was not "kicked out of court". Limited Discovery was granted for documents which may assist the plaintiff , as the registrar felt there was sufficient merit for the plaintiffs to try and prove their case.
