Has/or should I say had decent prospects being in the hot space but the leaders seems to be quite out of their depth.
It's not what they say, its what they do not. Seems all very disjointed from outside looking in.
Any time a new company lists on the ASX they really should demand all directors spend a month understanding investor psyche via HC maybe, and how updating investors more often rather than less often and being transparent, open and engaging is paramount to a successful business.
Secondly, ALL directors fees should IMO be set at some standard maximum ($60k) until at least they can show that they can get the company making money, proof of operation.
This puts the pressure back on the directors from the outset, too many shonks getting away with raising millions and living off it for the next 5 years.
Lastly, any raised funds should a) have to be clearly documented as to the breakdown and b) current holders should always get first rights to participate.
