Good that it is in Queensland where Insurance coverage is still allowed for WHS breaches. Several other states now banned this.

Interesting that they did not pursue a Cat 1 offence which would require the establishment of fault through recklessness.
On the basis of the charge I think the statements in the Announcement are correct and they are covered.
