$25K is at issue and the company is proceeding with a Court hearing. How much will that cost in Court fees and legal services, with more to come? Seton is a very experienced company Director and Lawyer and is probably quite ready for some light relief practising his skills and knowledge over this matter. I am sure that he is not taking the action because he is hard up.
What I do not know is whether settling this claim could lead to further action with more substantial impact but I am sure that Seton does, if there is anything.
It would be nice if BEZ could give a transparent briefing to its shareholders without prejudicing the matter.
Without any unrevealed complications arising, they should just pay Jura its measly pieces of silver and get on with building a gold mine. Seton (legitimately) took a good deal more than that out of the company in the past.
