So, the Administrators have reached an amicable agreement to settle all disputes with compensation to Welker, Vitrinite et al. I still am not able to determine the situation with X64 in regard to The Philippines while this Welker saga in some ways has been a side-show. Clearly, the endemic corruption of The Philippines has been at work.
Will the Administrators act in the best interests of all shareholders? At least they are Aussie based .I hope there is something left for all of us after their fees and legal costs in The Philippines.
No mention of the Drummond tenements that Welker and McGlinn dragged into X64 and I guess that any activity on that front has been suspended indefinitely.
If anyone ever gets to the bottom of this sorry saga and writes a book about it, that will be interesting reading.
