    yes, given the painfully slow track record AUQ have experienced with the SA legal system, it wouldn't surprise many on this forum (even Daning ) if more delays in the BOG case eventuate on 12th March, but atleast the judge this time around has decide to go to a judgement of sorts..... pity the ML grant appears to be somehow dependant on this BOG matter, even if its not meant to be
