If there is no urgency in this cap raise, a rights issue to the sub-top 20 shareholders could have been done at the same time as the two largest shareholders are gifted 15% of the company at a10% discount. If management come up with the usual whine of being exposed to market conditions while the rights issue gets done, I'm sure Mr Creasy and IGO would have loved the opportunity to underwrite the rights issue as well.
