What we are seeing now are the effects of extended periods of SP manipulation. There are several holders of PAA shares that are happy to pump and dump the share price relentlessly in the ranges of 10% to 14%. it's an easy task to carryout on very cheap shares. Unfortunately the practice makes new investors very wary. We may have to wait longer until conclusive news flow spreads across the globe before we see any real action on share price and new investor cash injection.
