What do you mean 'smart money will start to flow in? As in the share prices rallies as buyers are more keen?
If so, that doesn't help the running of the company at all.
Wages and expenses are not overly cheap either.
With a chairman and CEO on about $300k apiece.....for a company that is about 5 years away from turning revenue and spending shareholder funds..
Do we as shareholders need both positions? Even after the reclassification to 2P nothing happens to money through the door. It just means we as shareholders are selling fewer shares in rights issues to fund the salary bill.
As has been said, its up to management to earn their keep right now...and it ain't happening in reality.
