The "Smart money" is a reference to the large buyers that are awaiting the results from the gas flow.They don't watch the individual day trades like retail investors, they look for results from positive testing as opposed to speculation.
As for your reference to the wages of the chairman and CEO, no different to any other ASX listed companies, ...it is what it is!
Whilst we have a long way to go towards reaping the real benefits of production, ... that is why you can buy now at 11.5c .... rather than in 5 years at $3 per share.
