Further to my last post Jim,    just what exactly is it that you expect from management atm.

You acknowledged the cost of chairman and ceo ,  plus of course we have a whole on site team, equipment and engineering expenses, ....

Would you like the CEO to take a spanner to the field and build you a fertilizer plant overnight? You seem to repeat my reasoning for the rights issue.

I think the running of this particular company is very much controlled by outside influences, being the sensitive nature of the operation they are undertaking and attempting to fast-track this could be detrimental to the whole project.

I doubt that things would have got this far if there was any uncertainty about the future of LCK as a major producer and therefore a viable( and very profitable) company in the next few years.
