    Why bother spending <$300k on a project, pathetic

    It shows a lack of commitment when you have $15M in the bank

    It was either dirt cheap and they couldn't turn it down, or they've bought it to appease people

    This is not my idea of a second project

    Management are useless, return the capital. If you can't spend the $15M, hand $10M of it back
