Sorry for the people who got whacked by the Mirabela saga. Doesn't help, but when I buy anything other than the half dozen blue chips (eg Com. Bank) I ask am I prepared to lose all this and not be shattered...if the answer is no, well stick to the blue chips or fixed interest.
A few months back someone posted a thread about MBN and why comparsions to DML were not particularly valid. I can't recall the detail. I just feel if DML were going to go under it would have occurred already. I'm down $25K which is not much I imagine compared to others on this site, but I still keep topping up when the price is 4 cents or lower.
One day in the next couple of months I'll see a new announcement to the ASX and when, with trepidation, I open it and....WHOO HOO :)
