I got a hunch that Lend lease is going to play a big role in the shortage of housing in Australia so I just bought in at the close.
Deluded? what do you think?
Plus there is talk of a buyback ie David Lane from Ord Minnett said on ****** yesterday that LLC was going to return $3.42 to shareholders via a buyback from the sale of international assets.
So there are two sources of growth....
could buy some more should it go lower.
