The fact are the LLC is massively undervalued - Its current marketcap is just over 4 Billion Dollars, whilst its assets would be worth in excess of 8 Billion dollars after the recent writedowns. The Australian Business trades well and should be valued as a going concern on a decent multiple the international part of the business will be sold down and returned to shareholders over the next few years. Tanarra Capital and HMC are serious players!
