hope you are right re: "massively undervalued"
Just looking at book value, it would seem that way.
Price = $6.24
Bookvalue = $9.60
Price/book = .65
it would seem most developers similar to LLC are trading at discounts to book eg
MGR is trading at 25% below book
SGP is actually trading at 7% above book
But LLC is trading at a very big discount... 35%
That is probably why shareholder activists are calling for the sale of all it's international assets.
was just listening to one of them Simon Mawhinney of Allen Grey on OzBiz and he seems to make a lot of sense.
