As a quick follow up on this, if I assume LLC mgmt are potatoes, and adjust for this by marking down NTA by $1.50 p/s, that takes NTA down to $6.31 p/s. Then if I ask for a further 20% discount because LLC mgmt are potatoes, my rough buy price would be around $5. Would be ~10% further drop from here
Maybe a $5 price would offer a reasonable margin of safety here?
