Have no idea why they should cap raise- This is a company that is asset heavy whilst ROE poor - The market is pricing the execution strategy to fail and that is why it is downpriced - ultimately its australian business is worth 5 dollars which is a highly proftabel business so at this price you gett al the other billions for free
