G'day singh8. Like you I've been watching LLC closely thinking it must be approaching value but Elizabeth Moran's detailed analysis in yesterday's Intelligent Investor has changed my mind. It's copyrighted so I can't copy or link it here but i think a 14 day free trial is offered by II.
Think it's ok to copy EM's closing para:
"Lend Lease is not worth holding for its income generation. In the short term, there's only going to be more heartache as it withdraws from international construction markets. There's no evidence that the new strategic direction will improve the bottom line, no wonder investors are heading for the door.".
