In the short/medium term she’s probably right re: income generation, but the international operations being sold/shut is why I penalised the NTA drop like I did a few posts above. The international operations seem to be weighing down LLC, once they’re gone, hopefully the Aus operations can shine (as per the Tanarra ppt).
Two things though
1) I can’t find how LLC defines AUM vs FUM anywhere? Seems to be much clearer with pretty much any competitor or you can look at? This could just be my lack of IQ points though
2) Why is the asset mgmt segment profitability margin soooooo terrible compared to everyone else? Hundreds of redundant employees being paid 300k each?
