The issue of the licensing fees have been discussed in this forum The statements on the announcement:
Xped will receive payments monthly based on negotiated licensing fees. The details of the license agreement are commercially confidential information.
I thought the negotiated fees were as per previously announced to the market. If there are a change in the licensing fees, this should have been released to the market.
The second sentence however might relate to other items (not the fees) that may relate to distribution, method of payment, future mutual engagements, regulatory issues etc... that are confidential in nature. Details the should be kept between parties. IMO.
