I don't think this uses the ADRC Iot stack but if it does, Xped would get paid the 17%. The stack would have to be loaded on the chip at time of manufacture unless the Xped app can OTA upgrade the Icharger firmware..(?).
I think it might be the fact Ichargers do not (at the moment) use ADRC that the app can work with iChargers already sold which probably don't have the stack loaded on them.
So in a way this is a great advantage.... Say 20 or 30 million devices in the field getting activated in the first couple of weeks
20 million x US$0.15 = US$ 3,000,000.
