It may not happen, but with a two day vwap of around 1.1c, our good buddies over at L1 would get a conversion rate of less than the current sp - and that may be too tempting for them to ignore. If they convert the remaining $250k tomorrow, they will be issued with around 19 million shares (an extra 4 million or so), and that will (temporarily?) knock the wind out of the SP.

If you want to buy, it may be worth your while holding off early ... just to see where it goes during the day. It's your call, but you may get a bargain later on.
