I think where I put "....", a word is missing ... could be "whilst"?

My understanding of above paragraphs:

Sale of iCharger is already in progress - averaging 3-4 million units per month. Launching of new app which can be used for the iCharger will commence from 1 June 2017 (whilst the Smart iPark Lead is in production - different item) and hence why the words "give Xped the opportunity to gain "Active" downloads and revenue".

Yeah pretty sure you're right.

It would have been nice of them to specify what an 'active' download meant. It's not common knowledge, and google doesn't seem to have any answers.

My guess is it could mean either of the below (or neither):
- Every download from a unique user
- Every download from a unique user who has a Lenze device synced to the app
