The complete IoT solution is developing way slower than most thought from the start of 2017, so they need revenue from other sources to limit the required CR or even eliminate them......I believe the acquisition of Jemsoft/MI are to obtain additional resources to supply customers product with some component of ADRC used for their apps (i.e. further apps from Lenze, Solekai, JCT and others......).
If enough revenue comes in as expected in H2, this should stabilize XPE's market capital to around $50M.
