Simon is the real deal, he knows what he is doing.
I just hope the Ebola-type virus currently in Senegal does not spread to Mali and halt construction. Also if there is unrest and civil war that could screw things. External factors outside of the project are the major concerns.
Internal factors are non-existent because the team is getting it into production on time and on budget.
