No idea.
I reviewed the Sale and Purchase agreement and couldn't find anything no-one here doesn't know. I can not understand how or why a parent company would discount an asset recently purchased by its subsidiary potentially crippling its subsidiaries cashflow, that's without trying to comprehend why the subsidiary would agree to it.
It has somewhat plagued my thoughts as to why they paid such a premium to start with however.
Still, its perplexing. I don't like to assume there's typos when trying to understand something, but i am hoping so. Regardless, i would like management to explain in more detail what's going on there. The whole crowd seem to be muttering and looking left, right, back and forth for answers which warrants further explanation.
