we will be getting taxed by the board and management as well if these resolutions get passed
they know their time is ending, one last big f* you to shareholders before they leave.
what is Simon getting as a bonus again? 150% base salary? wonder what that will cost if the board and management take a similar bonus? surely they must think they have been just as pivotal as Simon in landing the deal of the century
